The location of this place was fantastic, situated in a trendy neighborhood with great restaurants nearby. Also, the staff was really friendly and helpful during my stay. I loved the rooftop terrace, it had a cool artistic vibe and was a great spot to relax and hang out.
Cleanliness was a big issue during my stay. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was in bad shape.

Pleasant hostal with beautiful terraces. The use of the kitchen was a plus, especially during the New Year celebrations. The location was great, being close to restaurants, cafes, and parks in the vibrant neighborhood.
The check-in process was a bit tricky with automated locks, and having to unlock the bedroom and bathroom doors every time was inconvenient. it was fine for a short stay, but after a few nights, I was ready to leave.

The value for money at this hotel was really good. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location in Condesa was perfect, with easy access to various sites, great restaurants, and bars. The staff, particularly Yosef, Gerri, and the entire team, were really good too assist with everything. Highly recommended for a stay in CDMX.
The breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

For the price I paid, the room was modern, clean, and well-equipped. The location in Condesa is fantastic, with plenty of nearby amenities and it feels very safe. The staff, especially Yosef, were friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home. The rooftop terrace was a quiet and clean space to relax and get some fresh air while working.
The only thing that could have been improved with the breakfast menu was the timing of its service. It was served a bit late, a little inconvenient.

I recently stayed at Experience Mexico City in Condesa for a week-long vacation. The communication with Yosef was excellent, and he was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The staff also went above and beyond by assisting us with the transfer of our luggage to a different room. Both rooms we stayed in were comfortable and well worth the price. We were pleasantly surprised to find a kitchenette, which was a nice bonus. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and a mercado nearby. The personal service provided by the staff was wonderful, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful terraces and the rooftop patio. The hotel also offers excellent amenities such as a well-equipped kitchen and good wifi, making it a great option for a long-term stay or remote work.
I highly recommend this hotel.
